Randy Barrett is the managing editor in charge of National Journal's Lobbying and Law and Inside Washington sections. He also writes regularly for the magazine. Most recently, Barrett was a senior writer with National Journal's Technology Daily. Earlier in his career, he was news editor for Interactive Week, and a staff writer for Washington Technology. He graduated magna cum laude from Brown University.
